Limited warranty. Lasts up to five (5) years on decks and fifteen (15) years on fences and siding.

Coverage

One gallon covers approximately 350 to 500 sq. feet or 32.5 to 46.5 sq. meters depending on wood texture and porosity.

Area Preparation

Coatings and contaminants must be completely removed from the surface. Clean with the appropriate Olympic cleaner prior to applying product.

WARNING! If you scrape, sand, or remove old paint, you may release lead dust or fumes. LEAD IS TOXIC. EXPOSURE TO LEAD DUST OR FUMES CAN CAUSE SERIOUS ILLNESS, SUCH AS BRAIN DAMAGE, ESPECIALLY IN CHILDREN. PREGNANT WOMEN SHOULD ALSO AVOID EXPOSURE. Wear a properly fitted NIOSH-approved respirator and prevent skin contact to control lead exposure. Clean up carefully with a HEPA vacuum and a wet mop. Follow these instructions to control exposure to other hazardous substances that may be released during surface preparation.

Application

Test a small area to ensure acceptable appearance and penetration. Apply two coats with a high-quality brush, roller or paint pad or by spray equipment. When spraying or rolling, always back brush for best results. Some colours or drastic colour changes may require an additional coat to achieve a uniform finish.

Application Temperature

Can be applied down to 10°C (50°F).

Drying Time

Normally dries in 30 minutes when applied at 10°C (50°F) to 29°C (85°F). Allow 24 to 48 hours of dry time before light foot traffic.

Cleanup

Clean brushes and tools with soap and water.
